We have a 10-day return policy on non-sale items, which means you have 10
days after receiving your item to request a return.
For Sale items- "All Sales Are Final."
For non-sale items to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the
same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Most refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the reason for return is the result of a Cozy Apparel Shop error or a
faulty item, or if we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs, when the
returned item(s) are received by us, your refund will automatically include
returned shipping fees if any.
If the reason for return is not the result of a Cozy Apparel Shop error or a
faulty item, or if we have not agreed to bear the return shipping costs, you
are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs
will not be reimbursed for that return. This does not apply to
items that are returned because they are faulty.
Cozy Apparel Shop is not required to accept any returned item that, because
of customer negligence, misuse or tampering is damaged, missing parts or in

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually sent out within 24-72 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery after processing and leaving the warehouse usually takes about 6 to 15 business days to arrive at the destination but can take longer from time to time and in most cases, it also arrives earlier than the specified period. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Within 20 days of purchase we will resend, or refund is when tracking
confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any
packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
